Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The item must still be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
